The SkyeFire Pilot Program
A pilot is a focused, low-risk way to run SkyeFire against your real operation before committing. This page explains how our pilot program works and the terms that apply to participation.
01Purpose
The SkyeFire Pilot Program lets a prospective customer evaluate SkyeFire products — such as Atlas or Axiom — against a defined slice of their real operation, so the decision to move forward is based on evidence rather than a canned demonstration.
02Eligibility
Pilots are intended for organizations with a genuine operational use case and a decision-maker able to participate.
- You must be authorized to provide access to the workflow and data used in the pilot.
- You must designate a point of contact on your side to coordinate the pilot.
- SkyeFire may decline or end a pilot at its discretion, including where scope or fit is not appropriate.
03Scope & Structure
Each pilot’s scope, duration, and any commercial terms are defined per engagement in a written pilot arrangement between you and SkyeFire. The details below describe our standard approach; specific terms are confirmed before a pilot begins.
- Defined slice. We scope a specific workflow, facility, or team rather than your entire operation.
- Real work. The pilot runs against representative, real-world conditions so results are meaningful.
- Checkpoints. We agree on checkpoints so you always know status and next steps.
04Customer Responsibilities
A successful pilot is a partnership. During the pilot you agree to:
- Provide timely access to the workflow, systems, and data needed to make the pilot real.
- Make your designated point of contact reasonably available.
- Provide honest feedback so we can evaluate fit and improve the product.
- Use the pilot in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
05Data Handling During a Pilot
We treat pilot data with the same care described in our Security and Privacy documents.
- Purpose-limited. Data you provide for the pilot is used to operate and evaluate the pilot, not for unrelated purposes.
- Ownership. Your data remains yours. We do not sell it.
- Return or deletion. At the end of a pilot, we will, on request, return or delete pilot data that is not required to be retained by law.
06Confidentiality
Each party may learn non-public information about the other during a pilot. Both parties agree to use such information only for the pilot and to protect it from unauthorized disclosure. Where a separate non-disclosure or pilot agreement is signed, that agreement controls on confidentiality.
07Intellectual Property & Feedback
SkyeFire retains all rights in its products and technology. You retain rights in your data and materials.
- The pilot grants a limited, temporary right to use the product for evaluation only.
- If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant SkyeFire the right to use them to improve the product without restriction or obligation to you.
08Success Criteria
Before a pilot begins, we define what “good” looks like — the specific outcomes you want to see — and we review results against those criteria at the end so the decision to continue is grounded in evidence.
09Term & Termination
Pilots are time-boxed to an agreed window with defined checkpoints. Either party may end a pilot before the end of the window on reasonable notice. On termination, evaluation access ends and pilot data is handled as described in the Data Handling section above.
10No Warranty; Evaluation Basis
Pilot access is provided on an evaluation basis and “as is,” without warranties, and may use early-access or beta features whose availability and performance are not guaranteed. A pilot does not obligate either party to enter into a further agreement.
